Do you charge for travel planning?

No. Solara Journey Co.’s travel consultations, planning, and booking assistance are complimentary. You are only responsible for the actual cost of travel and any deposits or payments required by the applicable travel supplier.
Why should I use a travel advisor if the service is complimentary?

I simplify hours of research by comparing destinations, resorts, ships, rooms, flights, excursions, transportation, and policies. You receive personalized guidance, reservation management, and ongoing support without a separate Solara Journey Co. consultation charge.
Do you offer payment plans?

Many cruises and resorts allow scheduled payments toward the actual vacation cost before a final payment date, and I’ll help keep that supplier schedule clear.
What happens after I submit a form?

You’ll receive confirmation and can schedule your complimentary consultation directly on my calendar.
When should I begin planning my vacation?

Cruises are often best planned 6–12 months ahead. Honeymoons, destination weddings, groups, and complex international travel may benefit from 9–18 months. If your trip is sooner, reach out anyway.
Travel Insurance Policy
Every trip booked through Solara requires travel insurance.
Travel insurance protects your investment — and it allows me to advocate and make accommodations on your behalf if something goes sideways: delayed or missed flights, overbooked planes, resort issues, weather disruptions, or medical needs. Without it, I simply can't intervene the same way, and any changes typically come out of your pocket. It's better to be safe and supported than stuck somewhere with no options.
