Yes. Planning fees compensate for the time I spend researching, communicating, and creating personalized recommendations. They're separate from supplier deposits.
Are planning fees refundable?

Planning fees are non-refundable but are credited toward services rendered. Supplier deposits follow each supplier's own policy.
Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. Most cruises and resorts allow monthly payments leading up to final payment dates, and I'll set up a clear schedule for you.
Can you help with passports?

Yes — I'll walk you through new applications, renewals, and timing so nothing surprises you before departure.
What happens after I submit a form?

You'll get a confirmation right away, then I'll reach out to schedule your consultation and outline next steps.
When should I begin planning my vacation?

Most trips are best booked 6–12 months in advance. Honeymoons, destination weddings, and group travel often need even more lead time.
Travel Insurance Policy
Every trip booked through Solara requires travel insurance.
Travel insurance protects your investment — and it allows me to advocate and make accommodations on your behalf if something goes sideways: delayed or missed flights, overbooked planes, resort issues, weather disruptions, or medical needs. Without it, I simply can't intervene the same way, and any changes typically come out of your pocket. It's better to be safe and supported than stuck somewhere with no options.
