I want getting professional help with your vacation to feel simple and approachable. My role is to help you sort through options, find the right fit, coordinate reservations, and support you throughout the planning process without adding a separate Solara Journey Co. charge to your vacation budget.
You remain responsible for the cost of your actual travel and any deposits or payments required by the travel supplier. Instead of sorting through hundreds of choices alone, you’ll have personalized guidance from the beginning.
Earlier is usually better, especially if you have specific dates, destinations, room categories, cruise cabins, or experiences in mind. You don’t need every detail figured out before contacting me. That’s what the consultation is for.
Ideally 6–12 months ahead
Planning earlier can offer more choices for ships, itineraries, cabins, and pricing. Holiday sailings, new ships, groups, suites, and specialty cabins may benefit from 12 months or more.
Ideally 4–8 months ahead
Starting early gives us more resort, room, and flight options, especially for spring break, summer, and holiday travel.
Ideally 6–12 months ahead
Trips involving several cities, countries, transportation arrangements, or special experiences usually require more planning.
Ideally 9–12+ months ahead
Your honeymoon belongs in your wedding-planning timeline. If the wedding is a year away, it’s perfectly appropriate to begin discussing the honeymoon now.
Ideally 12–18 months ahead
Accommodations, guest travel, room blocks, transportation, and multiple reservations make additional planning time especially helpful.
Ideally 8–12+ months ahead
The larger the group, the more helpful additional planning time becomes when coordinating rooms, cabins, payments, and availability.
